Commitment
Definition:
An engagement or obligation that restricts freedom
of action.

Reflection:
I think that this attribute is great because committing
to something mean you’ll stick to it no matter what. A lot of people don’t have
that skill, they give up when stuff gets hard. It is not a good thing because
then you’ll be like that your whole life which can have devastating consequences.
If you like something push through it when it gets hard and it’ll pay off, do
that even with things you don’t like.
