Assertiveness

Confidently aggressive or self-assured.

Reflection:

I like the quote I picked because it is saying to assertive and to take what you want. I remember myself being assertive when my friends tried to make me do something I didn’t want to do, they kept insisting until I said no with more self-confidence and they stopped.
